I've been using bmobile for 4 years now. Very stable and great staff if there an issue
It is definitely a time saver. Not as easy to use as the previous version. Works well with QuickBooks

Since last update, i am having issues printing, i have more item lines, and i contacted their support. they listened , and try to recreate event, which they couldn't, as it happens on and off, i tried with different android version and tried repeatedly, and send them 20 pictures of event, it looks like coding issues on zebra RW420, but they didn't help anymore, said we will review its almost 3 months no response, its good if they fix it, they use to be very helpful in past, but this time its not the case. , 5/21/18, I have 2 device stop working, as i figure out, the issue is in update, i downgrade the app to older version 1.16.264 and printer started working, but i lose the recent update functionality of price levels, on the other hand printing works like a charm. I hope they fix, but until they come out from state of denial, they r not interested to make it right. 6/9/18 After this review they change something it dont accept older version
Awesome app! Time saver!
Use this app on my route for about 5yrs ("bmobile now" before, "bmobile sales" currently). Useful and convenient app when it works. Which is not always the case. Last three days couldn't use it because after attempted sync all customer and inventory data disappeared. When called them was pushed to buy tech support plan...with problems on their side. It happened in past but usually resolved in 24 hrs. Three days now... And they never let know the problem is solved. Every time have to keep trying to figure when it fixed. I'm looking for alternative apps.
